WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
TWELVE’s headquarters are located in the heart of Los Angeles, California.
DOES TWELVE OFFER CURATION SERVICES FOR WHOLE RESIDENTIAL OR COMMERCIAL SPACES?
Absolutely! This is where our love for art and architecture marry. We offer bespoke curation services for residential, commercial, and hospitality settings, thoughtfully integrating rare and handcrafted pieces to elevate the character of your environment, creating a harmonious and inspiring space.
WHERE DOES TWELVE SHIP TO?
TWELVE ships to addresses in the fifty United States, excluding P.O. boxes. We do not yet ship internationally. However, you are welcome to use a freight-forwarding company but you do so at your own risk. We do not support international returns and you are responsible for all duties and custom fees. All orders shipped to a freight-forwarding company are final sale.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our top priority is ensuring our customers are confident in their purchases. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery with a 20% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, the item please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging. All returns must be communicated and authorized by Client Services before they are shipped.
Kindly note, the original shipping charge is not refundable.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
TWELVE does not process exchanges at this time.

Our artists hail from around the world, who work with care and intention. Please allow time for their artistry to unfold, along with international shipping. If you would like your piece(s) to arrive sooner than estimated date of delivery, kindly contact Client Services at cs@twelveobjects.com prior to placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.
I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS, CAN THIS BE FIXED?
Before your order has been prepared for shipment, Client Services can help change your shipping address. Please contact Client Services at cs@twelveobjects.com as soon as possible.
Kindly note, once an order has been submitted it is not possible to edit billing details.
ARE THERE ANY QUANTITY RESTRICTIONS WHEN PLACING ORDERS?
No, there are no restrictions. If you’re purchasing multiple items please reach out to Client Services at cs@twelveobjects.com for special order assistance. Please note, incase of a multiple quantity return, a restocking fee of 40% will apply to multiple returned items. All returns must be communicated and authorized by Client Services before they are shipped.
